As part of our ongoing infrastructure modernization, we will perform an upgrade of the database infrastructure supporting the Pitcher platform to further improve performance and stability.

What you need to know:
The upgrade is scheduled for 28–29 March 2026 (weekend).
No service disruption is expected in the working hours.
This change introduces performance optimizations and platform improvements.

What you need to do:
No action is required from your side.

Our engineering team will monitor the deployment throughout the maintenance window and the following days after it.
If you notice any unexpected behaviour after the upgrade, please contact the Pitcher support team.
